We used AAA Partners for our placement of a beautiful little girl this past summer. We are local and we had simply sent our information to AAA to let them know we were looking for a placement and we were open on race and gender. They contacted us a couple of different times to let us know that they were working with some expectant mothers that might be good matches for us. We did not sign on with them officially and we pursued other options as well.
A couple of months after we sent our profile to them they called us and told us they had an expectant mom they had shared our profile with and she loved it. She wanted to meet us. I met her and was able to take her to the doctor for the remaining 6 weeks of her pregnancy.
AAA never asked us for any 'support' money, they simply told us that if she placed we would pay a set fee...which was very comparable to other agencies. We never had any money at risk, which was great for us since we had lost a lot of money on a previous failed placement.
They were wonderful to our expectant mom, they gave her not only much needed financial support but a great deal of emotional support. She knew they were there for her no matter what and that was very important.
Our adoption went off without a hitch. We finalized 6 months after placement. AAA did our post placement visits and they were wondeful throughout the entire placement, post placement, and finalization process.
If you are open to a child of any race, then I would highly recommend this agency, as they work with quite a few expectant moms.
