We adopted through them last year, and enjoyed working with their caring staff. They treat potential birth parents with a lot of compassion.
Although I felt like they were sometimes hard to get in touch with during our "waiting" process, once our adoption was happening, they were right there with us. Overall--I could tell that they view adoption as a social service, not just as a business.
