Catholic Social Services Inc
I used Catholic Charities of Atlanta to place my son for adoption. For the birth parent side, they are excellent. They provide great, non biased pre-placement counseling. They really push you to exhaust every option for parenting before you start talking about adoption seriously. I never felt any pressure to place. In fact, I actually felt pressure to find a way to parent! The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because they only provide post placement counseling for three months and I believe it should be longer.
Also, I have never heard my sons adoptive parents say anything bad about Catholic Charities, and they are still pretty active with the agency (donating things, speaking at events, etc).
