Second Chance - RUDE

Unprofessional, rude, short, crass e-mails. No regard for the client. Zero professionalism. Bad communicators. We just backed out, done with these people. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially no one wanting to adopt or place a child!

Is This Agency Motivated By Money?

Read these articles and decide for yourself.

http://irreverentpsychologist.blogspot.com/2013/09/children-for-sale-get-em-while-theyre.htmlhttp://www.reformtalk.net/2012/02/24/wasatch-suspended-by-cccwa-from-special-needs-china-program/

When WASATCH was asked by another agency who had a committed family who had submitted a LOI and was ready to go to transfer a file for a waiting, special needs child that was close to aging out, they refused even when they did not have a committed family. So I ask, is WASATCH looking out for the best interest of a child or for money?

Second Chance Adoption Gone Wrong

We will forever regret disrupting the adoption of our son, facilitated by WIA's Second Chance Adoption program. Once they found a requesting family we were pressured to move forward, to the point of paying the receiving family's fee. While the new family appeared acceptable, once they had our son and our money they broke off their promise of open communication with us in the most cruel and unsavory manner. We will forever regret using WIA to place our son. A "second chance adoption" to give up a child should be a last resort, so be forewarned. WIA will make the transaction, but to them it would appear to be a business to be done quickly and with no consideration for the relinquishing family.

Threatening a law suit over late post-adoption reports!

A terrible experience at every turn with these money grabbing baby sellers. When our dossier was in progress, day after day of unnecessary delays accumulated until finally I estimate our daughters adoption was delayed at least 6 weeks in total. To you, your child languishes in an orphanage. To them, another stack of paper sits around while they chat at the water cooler. In China, their "guides" rip you off and take you to all sorts of tourist traps looking to get commission on your purchase (mind bogglingly unprofessional) everything is hyper inflated in price and it feels like everyone has a hand in your pocket mad cash off helpless children and their new parents.
Now, 2 years later our report is about 5 months late (each report has been a bit late so it's adding up) and we get a nasty letter from their lawyer threatening to sue us over the delay! So we get sued when we delay our report but they could have cared less delaying our daughter's paperwork. Two faced rotten agency making a living on blood money.

Stay away!

Stay far, far away from this agency! They are not professional, and they do not pay attention to detail.
