We only did our IA home study with ASC. Keep your eye on them and everything should be ok. The hs was completed properly, but not in a timely manner. This may have been because the person doing it was part time. Then they said they sent it to our agency, and it was over a week until we found out that the agency never got it. ASC should have checked up on it when they didn't get a response, which is usually immediate because things often need to be tweaked. The final copy was also long in coming, when there wasn't much to tweak at all. I think if I had hounded them more that it would have kept them on their toes. Except for the timing of things, I was happy for the home study was completed well. Maybe I'll write more later after we do our post placements.
Those who have adopted with them seem satisfied, though not always pleased.
They gave us a lot of misleading info and then made some promises they didn't follow through on. Teh director, though she describes the agency as "touchy feely" seemed 98% concerned just with $ when it came down to it!
