There's two sides to this company, and I'm not entirely sure what's up with them. They're small, nonreligious, friendly, and were tremendously helpful in all the preparations to go to China. They organized everything.
On the later and optional domestic adoption back in the USA, they suddenly balked and refused to accept it, claiming that my son's Aspergers is reason to deny an adoption for Domestic completion, even though our daughter was already adopted legally. This is just an optional step that makes her eligible for inheritance and a trust fund. I was amazed and aghast at their long two month silence after the necessary re-homestudy, and then got a legal letter where they "were not comfortable" doing the domestic end.
So, long story short: they are cheap, and you get what you pay for. At least they are not overtly religious, although I wonder about their motives for refusal. They're good if you want a relatively fast, easy adoption done on the cheap.
Do not use them for the later domestic adoption, a lawyer will do a much better job and not give so much waffling. I feel that they simply "took my money" on the domestic adoption.
I would not and do not recommend them. I feel that the lawyer was FAR more on top of things, even though she costs more.
