Careful...

In my dealings with this agency, it very much appeared that they are more concerned about not making waves with the CCAA than they are about the children or doing the right thing. In a tough situation, they behaved in a manner inconsistent with a good adoption agency.

This company has been outstanding! They've answered every question - some I haven't even thought to ask yet - e-mailed, telephoned, everything they can to help with this process. Considering they're in a totally different state - they've really made us feel they're HERE for us! I highly recommend them to anyone considering an adoption from China.
