Michael is a strong personality, but he says what he thinks and genuinely seems to care. I was given a special needs referral that I felt I was being pressured into accepting and he helped me deal with the situation in an informed way.
He is not cheap, but I felt that he was a terrific antidote to the rest of the BS that I was being given.
