I used this agency to adopt from China back in 1996, when their China program was new. Even though they had little experience in China at the time, they did an excellent job with the paperwork and putting our trip together. They have great follow-up and parent education during the post-adoption years as well. I do think they are just a little more expensive than some agencies that provide similar services.
I used this agency for my first adoption 4 years ago and I am using them again for my second. They are AMAZING. At this small multi-country agency, I did not become a number. They know me and my family very well. They are strong advocates for their clients and will do everything in their power to make your journey a positive one.
Our first trip to China was so smooth. The guide was knowledgeable and professional. In addition to getting us to where we need to be on time, and helping with paperwork, he helped families get phone cards, diapers, whatever we needed. We all had tears saying good-bye while standing in line for our flight in Guangzhou.
