Family Options did my home study. Initially I was deciding between them and another local agency. I went with Family Options because their fees "sounded" lower. Little did I know there were a bunch of hidden fees, such as travel. So I ended up paying more than the original amount I was told. After submitting my paperwork, I never heard from a social worker or anyone from the agency. I had to call and follow up constantly throughout the entire home study process. It was fustrating to say the least. When it came time to do my home study update, I went with the other agency and I'm so glad I did. It was night and day!
We only used Family Options for our home study. The turn around was exactly what they stated. We LOVED our social worker! And will use them again provided that she is still there. They gave us pretty good advice the one time we had to call... so they were ok.

Pretty Good
