We adopted our daughter from Kazakhstan through this agency and a number of adoptive parents in our area used the agency for Russian adoptions. The process for all of us was smooth and we all adopted beautiful, healthy, wonderful children. No agency could have performed better--during the paperwork process here or during the travel abroad.
We adopted our son in 2004. We got him at 9 months old and we just had his 5th birthday party yesterday. How thankful we are to Happy Families for making our life complete. They were right on the ball with everything. Our trips were smooth and the communication from Russia to Happy Families was fast and smooth also! Happy Families always had answers to our questions and lead us through everything. In Russia everyone working with us was knowledgeable and very helpful. If they said they would call us or show up at 10:00, they were there on time. I highly recommend Happy Families. I can honestly say the name of their agency fits them perfectly!
