We used Hope's Promise for our homestudy, immigration, and post placement during the adoption of our child from Africa. They were an amazing agency, and we were very happy with them. They are ethical, professional, and very educated in adoption. I would definitely recommend them to others for the services we used them for. We are not familiar with their domestic placing or international placing services, but I would be surprised if they weren't just as great as their homestudy and post placement services. All the staff were kind and friendly. We had a great experience with them!
Our Nepal adoption experience ended badly with the closing of the program, but Hope's Promise was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them - although Nepal was their only intl program.
