Adoption Agency Ratings

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this agency. There are drawbacks, you have to live in Nebraska, and Birthmoms only are chosen from Nebraska.
They are a not-for-profit agency....so much so that they are the only one in the country that charges NOTHING. They are not driven by any financial incentives what-so-ever. We will have to pay nothing to adopt our child.
This agency is all about education, for the adoptive couple and for the Birthmoms. We attend wonderful, informative support groups every month. Birthmom support groups are also held each month for pre and post placement. The agency provides support groups and counseling for ever... a birthmom can get support for as long as she needs or wants it. Same with the adoptive parents.
Through our education we get to meet many birthmoms, who really are able to help us understand the adoption from their perspective, what they go through and the relationships they have with their childs adoptive parents.
If you live in Nebraska I HIGHLY recommend the Children's Home.
