Friends Of Children Atl 1983 adoption

I was born Aug, 2, 1983 and was adopted through Friends of Children in Atlanta. I am currently searching for my birth parents.,.... Any one remember the company or have any ideas?

friends of children - ATL

You should register with the Georgia Adoption Reunion Registry (GARR) - from what I understand, they have the records that Friends of Children had in the 80's and otherwise. They can put you in touch with your family, or at least give you some additional non-Id information that might help your search. You should also register with ISRR (soundex) registry. If they are looking for you too, they would likely go there first. Good luck.
