please listen to the negative comments here. they are correct. if you "rock the boat" in any way, like asking "too many" questions, you will get passed around, not get phone calls returned and out right lied to. EAC is all about the money. adoption is a wonderful option, but do your research and choose an agency that is truly a charitable one, interested in what is best for the child, not just in lining their pockets.
I am a person that questions everything and I never had that experience with EAC! I have called them several times a day and I have always had my questions answered quickly! Maybe it is the way you ask??
