OK, we were in a Russian program with Commonwealth. I got an e-mail from Marina this morning informing us that our file will be transferred to Adoption Center of Washington. I called them and spoke with Linda (I am not sure, but I think she is an Executive Director). When I told her about the e-mail, she said that e-mail went out very premature, because they just got the list of all the families and still reviewing it, but can not promise anything!!! And by the way, our name was not on the list!!???? When I asked about how they will be handling money and remaining fees issue, she said that will depends on how much funds are available on each particular case from Commonwealth. And families will have to come up with difference. But definitely it will cost more to everybody.
