I MEANT to say that "we are quite impressed with Commonwealth, however, they do NOT offer adoptions to the country we are considering..."

Don’t let them fool you!!!!

Yes, they are very impressive while they are trying to trick you in. Once you signed a contract and start paying – forget it!!!! Trust me – they are in this for money, BIG money.
