I jave one word to describe CCA1...SCAM! They take your money and give you nothing. We have been waiting for almost 3 years and all they have to say is it may be additional months. As soon as you think your are getting close, that's when they tell you it may be another 12 months or more! Scam! Scam! Scam! You just have to just keep paying the immigration office and home study over and over again

CCAI

We used CCAI twice. CCAI only quotes what the CURRENT wait times are, and they never quote what a new client's wait time for a referral will be. Wait times (from LID to Referral) change continuously. With our 1st adoption we were told that the CURRENT wait time was 10-11 months. Lo and behold we received our referral just 6 months later. Things change according to how quickly the CCAA - and NOT CCAI - process files. Sorry you decided to *hear* what you wanted to hear. Your fees paid to CCAI NEVER changed. You paid only what was stated in your contract. They have NEVER required additional fees due to the lengthing wait times (and btw, other agencies have!). If you are frustrated with the wait, then your frustration is better directed at the CCAA, and secondarily towards USCIS or your HS agency, and NOT at CCAI.

What?

No one has waited for 3 years...it may happen in the future but is not yet true. CCAI was always completely honest with us. They can not help it if the wait times have increased or that the USCIS requires the updates (plus your 2nd one is free). We knew everything up front-especially that wait times could increase. For some reason your comment does not ring true to me. We are using them for our second adoption also and would use them again.

CCAI

I doubt you have been waiting 3 years. If you are waiting on a healthy child the wait has not reached 3 yrs yet. And when (yes, I say when) it does reach 3 yrs, it wont be the fault of CCAI it will be CCAA. I dont think there has been anyone that has an LID that has been close to 3 yrs yet.
