Liars!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They lied to us from the start, we started the process on year ago and they told us it would take 1 year. Now it turns out that even then they knew it would take much longer.

Instead of giving us any notification about the increase in waiting time they just sent stupid recipes and other useless crap. These people should be brought to court. They are the worse kind of liars because they pry on people that are powerless!

CCAI

CCAI is incredibly honest and upfront, with fees and wait times.

We used CCAI twice. CCAI only quotes what the CURRENT wait times are, and they never quote what a new client's wait time for a referral will be. Wait times (from LID to Referral) change continuously. With our 1st adoption we were told that the CURRENT wait time was 10-11 months. Lo and behold we received our referral just 6 months later. Things change according to how quickly the CCAA - and NOT CCAI - process files. Sorry you decided to *hear* what you wanted to hear. Your fees paid to CCAI NEVER changed. You paid only what was stated in your contract. They have NEVER required additional fees due to the lengthing wait times (and btw, other agencies have!). If you are frustrated with the wait, then your frustration is better directed at the CCAA, and NOT at CCAI.
