I found them to be almost

I found them to be almost anal in their organization, which I liked.
Better be anal now then have issues while in your trip.
I can't speak to the friendliness?
I did my paper chase myself but they were always nice to me when I needed them.

How were they unorganized or unfriendly?
Just curious if they have had a change or something?
