We are also be transferred from Commonwealth to ACW - Adoption Center of Washington. We are also looking for some feedback about this agency??

Being Transferred to ACW

Sorry, I did not mean to give ACW (Adoption Center of Washington) one Star - that was meant for Commonwealth Adoptions. My husband and I are trying to find out more information about ACW and experience from other adoptive parents. Thank you

Transfer

I was curious, I am with Commonwealth. Do you have a referral and if so
from what country. They did not transfer me and I can't figure out why and they won't answer my e-mails

Transfer

We did not have a referral. Our papers arrived to Commonwealth in 2006 shortly before they lost their accreditation with Russia. Did you try to contact Marina Mayhew at Commonwealth? Her new email address is : marinamayhewcaii@yahoo.com. You could also call Adoption Center of Washington ? 202-452-8278 - maybe they can tell you more..? I am still trying to find out more about ACW. If there is anyone out there they can tell me their experience with ACW, we really would appreciate it. After what happen with Commonwealth and what I am reading about them, it's pretty scary. I thought they were a good agency.
