The new agency that Donna Gail Webb has started in TN is called All For You Adoptions. It is located in Memphis, TN. She has a website, but curiously, her name is nowhere on there. Probably because of her reputation....
Her name is nothing but MUD in the adoption community now. It won't take long for people to figure out who she is, especially if it is up to the people who were hurt by her and Adoption Advantage. Have you seen her "refund" policy.........it appears to be better but I think they are pulling the wool over clients eyes! They are still all about the money!

Policy is as follows: If we lose the birth mother within five days
from the date the first fee is paid-it will be refunded (in this case
it will include the birth mother expense money as well). On the 6th
day the $5000.00 fee becomes ours. Any of the $1500.00 not used for
the birthmother will be refunded at any time if this placement
fails. Once the attorney is paid it will be up to the attorney to
decide if any money is refunded if the placement fails. As stated
above the final fee will be held in escrow until we know for sure
that the placement is successful. On the day the revocation period
is over the money becomes ours but if the placement fails the money
goes back to the adoptive parents. In a case like that we will post
the families profile on our website and continue to match them with
birth mothers until we make a successful placement-once the family
has paid the initial 5K they never pay it again no matter how many
times we have to start over. $5000.00-initial fee to us due at
match$1500.00-birth mother expense$1000.00-attorney fees
initially$14800.00-final fee to us$500.00-final fee to attorney if
needed $22,800.00 total
