We signed with year and a half ago and they did not require all funds up front. If they had, we would not have signed with them. We have not been matched or even a potential match. Basically I feel we have been ignored. They will answer some questions I send via email others they do not. We recieve a letter every other month on the activity of the agency.
I did research this agency and found both good and bad comments also. We have not heard from the adoptive parent coordinator since signing the contract.
I wish I had found this webiste sooner and we would have kept looking.
Thanks for your info, when we spoke to Donna it seemed like she promised the world and I am not totally sure if they are able to deliver. The more we look it seems like it was more of a sales pitch.
What the agency told us was basically the same info I heard from the other 3 agencies we talked with. A couple signed with AA after us and was matched very quickly. Choosing the agency was a very hard decision to make.
