Kerry Palakanis was the Director of 1st Steps International Adoptions a privately owned international adoption company which I owned. Project Oz 1st Steps was the non profit sister corporation that Kerry set up for the Charitable projects of 1st Steps. When she resigned August 5th, she opened up in Pennsylvania on August 8th and merely changed the name to Project Oz.
