EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!Emails answered promptly, staff was compassionate and organized. Director visited with us and guided us through process. Agency has YAHOO group for family and agency support and questions as well as a country specific CHAT with the director two nights per week! Best of luck to anyone adopting it has been just a wonderful experience!
Awful, unprofessional, I could go on and on! Who ever wrote this must be a CCI staff member or the devil herself. I don't know one person who had a good experience with CCI. If you like being on pins and needles then hire CCI. (Also after Sue gets done with you, your medicine cabinet will filled with meds to help you cope with the devil, Sue) When I was in Guatemala on pickup, someone asked me who my agency was I say CCI the lady broke down and cried and hugged me she said she has used them in her prior adoption. I hadn't said anything except the words CCI. The same response came from others when the dangerous words of CCI were mentioned. Yep their reputation exceeds them.
It's SO her style! She and her brainwashed case managers (all with bad hair) are ALWAYS trolling these sites, boards, forums, and groups. And I mean "trolling" in every sense of the word. Don't believe this gleaming review.
not sure what planet you are from, and IF you got a child home, congrats, but this sounds like something written by the staff, not a real or paying client! This agency is a nightmare!
