Changing for the better

though i have heard many unfortunate things about HCA, i still use them and recommend them because they are sincerely changing for the better. sure certain families will have bad experiences adopting internationally- alot of times the family bring upon themselves their own trouble- HCA has made significant improvement withtheir new staff and i feel sure about the resolution of my adoptions with them.

Either you are just plain stupid or an HCA employee

Would you have faith in a surgeon who had numerous malpractice claims perform surgery on your child? Would you trust a stockbroker with no experience to invest your life savings? Would you hire an insurance agent who lost their license to sell insurance, protect your personal assets? I think not. Then why would anybody with the slightest bit of intelligence knowingly hire an adoption agency with a horrible reputation and countless documented complaints ?

Please, don't blame the innocent families who entrusted HCA with their future as the blame for troubled international adoption cases (Anyone who has ever dealt with Kurt knows that is his excuse for everything...blame the family, it's never HCA's fault)!! Families who are at HCA's mercy have to advocate for themselves because HCA surely does not!!!

So....either you are just plain stupid or an HCA employee working to get the agency's rating up here.

All the unfortunate things you have heard or read are TRUE. If you still use them and recommend them You must be related to this ASShole Kurt Alexander or maybe his mistress. They are NOT changing for the better, If they have'nt changed for all the yrs. they're in business, They're Never going to change! HOW DARE YOU put the blame on the families they're not running the lawfirm nor the HCA and they're not hiding. HCA will never be improved cause they are and will remain EXTORTIONISTS until they're PUT in JAIL where they belong. Rest assure that THey will Do The Time for their CRIME!! Don't be so sure about the resolution of your adoption because Teo is no longer doing business with them and with the Dateline Report NO ONE in their right mind would do anything with these extortionist. I will see them in Jail and hope they go to HELL for this.!!

Homecoming adoptions

I am sure that any positive statements made about Homecoming adoptions are being written by Kurt and his staff. This is about the only thing they are doing with their time, because they certainly are NOT working on any of their ongoing adoption cases. Families are waiting to bring their children home, and have paid thousands of dollars that are not being sent to the facilitators in those countries. They lie, and play games with peoples money and emotions. YOU have to email and schedule conference calls then email again, and you still cannot get direct answers or an appointment to speak with the owner of this agency.
International adoption has it's ups and downs, but only made worse by using an agency like this that has a constant turn around of unknowlegable staff.
