We loved this agency. Very personal service, and always responded quickly to calls or emails. We brought home our daughter in 2007 and she is the light of our lives. PFA is professional, caring, and definitely well connected in Russia. They merged with AAI during our process, and the AAI staff is still there. The director is Russian, and has been doing this forever. She is very hands on with the Russian staff, and they were all wonderful. Our experience in Russia was flawless. being well cared for there took a lot of the anxiety out of the process. We cam home from first trip knowing that we would return soon, and that our adoption was in the hands of the best. If you want personal caring service and thorough professionals you cannot go wrong with PFA. They are HAGUE certified too, a real bonus.

I could not recommend Partners for Adoption more emphatically. They are knowledgeable, intelligent and honorable. They told me exactly what they would do and the timeline it would take...and then exceeded my/their expectations. When I had a question they returned my calls or emails within minutes not days or even hours. They had helpful information on questions I did not even know to ask. Again, if you are considering Partners for Adoption, you could not go wrong.

If you are looking for a great "personal service" agency look no further. Partners for Adoption is the one to choose. We used them for our homestudy and placement in 2008 and had great service all along the process. I researched many agencies and went with my gut and never regretted my decision. They have great personal service, which I loved and the right connections in Russia which is want REALLY counts.
