Here are some basic guidelines we would like all our visitors to go by.

1. If you are a agency, DO NOT WRITE A REVIEW. You can reply to reviews about your agency but please identify yourself as a agency representative.

2. If you represent a agency and want to reply, create a free user account first. No anonymous replies from agencies.

3. If you are adopting and want to write a review please double check you are reviewing the correct agency. Some agency names are not unique and are used in multiple states. If your agency is not listed please use the Contact us form and we will add it.

4. Reasons post are removed are located under the About us page.
