We found the agency to be very upfront and honest even when they had to share bad news about a changing program (Kazakhstan). We brought home our beautiful son a few months ago and could not be happier.
We were assigned a coordinator to guide us through dossier prep and to answer any questions. Their in-country staff is absolutely the best. My only complaint is that they are a bit expensive, but still we had no surprises as far as costs go.
